Customer Service Desk
Located on Level Q, near Witchery. Our friendly staff will assist you with a range of services including lost and found property, stroller hire (for children under 1 year), wheelchair hire and much more.

FREE Home Delivery Service 
There is a FREE home delivery service for bulky and or heavy items (e.g. Furniture), that is available for customers that live within a 10km radius of The Myer Centre. This service is only available for selected stores - please visit or phone the Customer Service Desk for details of approved stores.  

Toilets
Conveniently located around The Myer Centre including access for the mobility impaired.

Parents Room  
Conveniently located on level 2 of The Myer Centre.  

Parking
Parking is available beneath The Myer Centre 24 hours a day.

Currency Exchange & Travel Agents
A currency exchange facility is available from Travelex on the Queen Street Mall, near the Royal Copenhagen Icecream Entry.

ATMs
The Myer Centre also has a range of automatic teller machines (ATMs) including Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, National Australia Bank, ANZ, Suncorp and Reditellers.

Justice of the Peace (JP)
The Myer Centre has a local volunteer Justice of the Peace in Centre on Mondays between 11am and 2pm. Please note simple documents only can be submitted.
